1. Validity Period
The Gift Certificate has no expiry date and can be redeemed at any time after purchase and activation
2. Redemption
The Gift Certificate may be redeemed for any original artwork created by Kendall Perkins at the prevailing price at the time of redemption
The Gift Certificate can be redeemed on both existing original artwork or can be used in partial or full towards a custom commission artwork
To redeem, simply contact Kendall via email to arrange your artwork, providing both the voucher number and pin found in the bottom right hand corner of the back of the Certificate
The Gift Certificate can be used for multiple transactions
3. Non-Refundable
The Gift Certificate cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
All sales of Gift Certificates are final and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of this gift certificate's value
4. Non-Transferable
The Gift Certificate is to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued
Transfer or resale of the Certificate is strictly prohibited
5. Lost or Stolen Certificates
Kendall Art & Design is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates
Physical Gift Certificates may be reissued at a cost of $25 plus shipping
6. Remaining Balance
If the purchase exceeds the balance on the Gift Certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment at time of redemption
No cashback will be given if purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Certificate
7. Exclusions
The Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase sale items or gift cards
8. Cancellation
Kendall Art & Design reserves the right to cancel the Gift Certificate if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control
Kendall Art & Design reserves the right to cancel any Gift Certificate obtained fraudulently
In the event of a business closure or transition, outstanding certificates may be subject to cancellation
9. Modification of Terms
Kendall Art & Design can change the terms and conditions of the Gift Certificate at any time without prior notice
10. Jurisdiction
All disputes related to the Gift Certificate will be resolved under the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia
